William Frost Deed to Polly Seacord No. 4415

Know all Men by these presents that I William Frost of the Parish of Kingston County of Kings & Province of New Brunswick Farmer for and in consideration of the sum of five pounds Lawful Money of New Brunswick to me in hand paid by Polly Seacord of the Parish of Hampton County of Kings & Province aforesaid spinster, the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge Have Granted bargained and sold and by these presents Do Grant bargain and sell unto the said Polly Seacord a certain tract of land situate lying and being in the Town or Parish of Kingston in Kings County aforesaid being part of lot number thirty two bounded on the northeast by lot number thirty three, on the north side of the Public highway, Running ten Rods on the aforesaid Road about a southwest course, from thence in a straight line untill it strikes the lower line of lot Number thirty three sixteen Rods from the aforesaid Road containing half an acre be the same more or less. To have and to Hold the above bargained and demised premises unto her and to her heirs and assigns forever. Furthermore I the said William Frost for myself my heirs Executors & Administrators Do covenant and engage to warrant and defend the premises aforesaid and every part thereof to her the said Polly Seacord her heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whatsoever.

In witness whereof I the said William Frost have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this nineteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven and in the Eighth year of His Majesty's Reign.

Be it Remembered that on the nineteenth Day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and twenty seven, Personally appeared before me Azor Hoyt Esqr one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Kings Province of New Brunswick the above named William Frost and did acknowledge that he did sign & seal and deliver the foregoing Deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned before me Azor Hoyt J. P.
